  Melon slice 6 Ounce (175 Grams)
  Ginger stem 1⁄4 Ounce (7 Grams)
  Port 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel melon and seed; cut flesh into small cubes.
2. Finely dice ginger.

MAKING
3. In a large glass, mix melon, ginger and port.

FINALISING
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
