Fresh Ginger Cups
|Fresh ginger root||1 Ounce, peeled and finely grated|
|Greek yoghurt||300 Milliliter (natural)|
|Sour cream||300 Milliliter|
|Lemon curd||150 Milliliter|
|Whipped cream||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Icing sugar||To Taste|
|Herb flowers||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients (apart from flowers, whipped cream and sugar). Beat well.
2. Transfer mixture uniformly on to individual ramekin moulds or cups.
3. Garnish each with whipped cream, herb flowers and sieved icing sugar. Serve immediately.
