Ginger Soy Marinade

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fresh ginger root 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Green onions 3 Small, minced
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, clove garlic, fresh gingerroot, green onions, lemon zest and lemon juice together

SERVING
2. Use this marinade for fish, seafood or chicken
