Ingredients
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Chopped dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Put ginger in cream and beat well until firm.
2.Make a well in the center of the mixture and put nuts and dates.

SERVING
3.Use the dressing for fruit salads.
