Leeks and Ginger
|Ginger slice||3 , julienned|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
1) Prepare the leeks by cutting first their tops and then along the length to open out.
2) Wash the leeks thoroughly under cold, running water.
3) In a fry pan, heat up oil and add ginger to sauté.
4) Place leeks on pan and cook for 3-5 minutes.
5) In a serving platter, place leeks and serve by sprinkling grated nutmeg.
