Ginger Peachy Freeze

Ingredients
  Gingersnaps 5
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh peaches 2 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Break gingersnaps into blender.
Add remaining ingredients; blend till smooth and mixture is thickened.
Spoon into freezer tray; freeze till firm.
Remove to chilled bowl; beat till fluffy.
Return to tray; freeze firm.
