Fried Pork With Ginger

Ingredients
  Pork 125 Gram (4 Oz)
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
Directions

Cut the pork into slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil in a frying-pan and fry the pork slices, turning them over to brown on both sides.
Add seasoning sauce, lift from the heat, mix well and serve.
