Ingredients

  Galia melon/Honeydew melon 1⁄2
  Lime 1
  Fresh root ginger 1 Inch, roughly chopped
Directions

Juice the carrot, melon flesh, lime and ginger.
Serve in a glass over ice.
Decorate with lime wedges and seeds from a cardamom pod, if liked.
