Prawns And Ginger

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled prawns 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh root ginger 1 Inch, peeled, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled, finely chopped
  Spring onions 3 , chopped
  White of leek 1 , cut into strips
  Peas 4 Ounce, shelled (120 gram)
  Bean sprouts 6 Ounce (175 gram)
  Dark soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes. Set the prawns aside.
2. Reheat the oil and add the ginger and garlic. Stir quickly, then add the onions, leek and peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the bean sprouts and prawns to the cooked vegetables. Stir in the soy sauce, sugar and salt, and cook for 2 minutes Serve immediately.
