Lemon, Chilli And Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Whole grain mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Minced chili 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place oil, lemon juice, mustard, marmalade, chilli and coriander in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Brush glaze over meat, chicken or fish and grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake.
