Ginger Mincemeat Bars
|Gingerbread mix||14 Ounce (1 package)|
|Prepared mincemeat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon frosting||1 Can (10 oz) (ready to spread)|
Combine gingerbread mix, mincemeat, and water.
Beat until smooth.
Spread mixture in a greased 12- x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Microwave at MEDIUM 14 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn at 5 minute intervals.
Let gingerbread stand 5 minutes.
Cool completely before icing with lemon frosting.
