Marinated Fresh Fruits With Alcohol, Ginger And Zabaglione

Ingredients
  Kiwi 2
  Mango 1
  Strawberries 200 Gram
  Raspberries 100 Gram
  Sugar 100 Gram
  Ginger 20 Gram, cleaned and cut into julienne
  Alcohol 150 Milliliter (15 cl, to your taste)
  Zabaglione 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg yolks 6
  Icing sugar 100 Gram
  White wine 50 Milliliter
Directions

Fruits Clean the skin of the fresh fruits and cut them into small slices.
Marinate in ginger and alcohol for 2 hours.
Zabaglione Mix the egg yolks with sugar until white and foamy.
Then slowly add the white wine while continuing to whip the mixture until it becomes foamy again.
In an open ovenproof dish, or in ramekins, carefully mingle the fruits with the zabaglione and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C
