Ginger Tonic

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 Kilogram
  Lemons 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Sugar 1 Kilogram
  Water 750 Milliliter (3 Squash Bottles)
Directions

1. Grate ginger. Add lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp of salt.
2. Let it stand for a couple of hours.
3. Boil along with sugar for 1/2 an hour.
4. Strain, cool and bottle after adding potassium meta-bisulphide.
