Ginger Snap Graham Crust
|Gingersnap crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fine Crumbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fine Crumbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
In mixng bowl toss together gingersnap crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter or margarine, and sugar.
Turn crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread the crumb mixture evenly in the pie plate.
Press onto bottom and sides to form a firm, even crust.
Bake at 375° for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cool thoroughly on rack.
