This Ginger Lime Dressing serves as an ideal dressing for a lot many salads. You will definitely make this Ginger Lime Dressing again. A nice one!
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed

Place yogurt in a strainer lined with cheesecloth and let drain for 2 hours.
(Amount will be reduced by half.) In a small bowl, combine yogurt with lime juice and ginger.
Will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
Stir before using.
