One pork dish recipe you will use again and again is the Stir Fried Pork And Ginger Root. I love the taste of Ginger in non-vegtarian dishes and hence loved this Stir Fried Pork And Ginger Root too. Give it a try!
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger root 1⁄4 Pound
  Scallion stalks 1
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon

1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Dredge in cornstarch; then add soy sauce and toss.
2. Slice ginger root thin. Cut scallion in 1/2 inch sections.
3. Heat oil. Add pork and stir fry until it loses its pinkness (about 2 minutes).
4. Add ginger root and scallion; stir fry a few times. Then add water and sugar and cook, covered, until done
