  Firm ripe papayas 2
  Butter 1⁄8 Pound
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash

Cut papayas in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds; arrange in a greased baking pan.
Melt together the butter, lime juice, and ginger; spoon into the cavity of each papaya.
Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes, basting several times with the butter mixture.
