Ginger Roasted Pecans

Ingredients
  Pecan halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1⁄2 , whipped
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Margarita/Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix pecans in fluffy egg white; allow excess to drain.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add to nuts.
Bake on low heat (250°) for approximately 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times
