Fall fruit mold with ginger dressing is an apricot gelatin fruit mold. Prepared with added dates and walnuts, this fall fruit mold with ginger dressing canbe served on lettuce beds.
Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package, Apricot Flavored)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pears 2 Medium, unpeeled, cored and diced
  Unpeeled apples 2 Medium, cored and diced
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Ginger dressing 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in dates.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pears, apples, and walnuts.
Pour into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold; cover and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce leaves, if desired; serve with Ginger Dressing.
