Fall Fruit Mold With Ginger Dressing
|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Apricot Flavored)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pears||2 Medium, unpeeled, cored and diced|
|Unpeeled apples||2 Medium, cored and diced|
|Walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Ginger dressing||2 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in dates.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pears, apples, and walnuts.
Pour into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold; cover and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce leaves, if desired; serve with Ginger Dressing.
