Spring Onion Ginger Squid

Ginger squid is a very simple recipe cooked in Chinese and Japanese cuisines. It is a very easy dish. It does not need much ingredients to make this dish. Try out the simple recipe by Peter Pang.
Ingredients
  Squid 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cook squid in water for sometime.
2. Heat oil and fry ginger and add oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Now squid and them green onions.
4. Stir it well together.
5. Transfer it in a serving dish.
