German Sausage

German Sausage is a unique sausage variety, prepared by ground meat (mostly pork), animal veal, animal fat, salt and spices . German sausages are divided into 3 categories: Bruhwurst (fresh sausage), Kochwurst (pre-cooked sausage) and Rohwurst (raw cured sausages). The sausages are always suggested to cook over gentle heat. German Sausages can either be steamed, simmered, fried, grilled, or a combination of all the methods. The accompaniment of the German Sausage are a variety of mustards.
