Pigs Knuckles And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Pigs knuckles 4
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Quart, boiling
  Sauerkraut 1 Quart
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, place whole knuckles in boiling water
2.Now cover the pot and simmer for 2 1/2-3 hours, until meat is tender
3.Just 20 minutes before serving, pour off most of the water and add sauerkraut
4.Heat thoroughly
SERVING
5.Serve with salads and sauce
