Sausage & Sauerkraut Pockets

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Kielbasa sausage 3 , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Red apple 1 Large, cored and diced
  Sauerkraut 1 Can (10 oz), well drained
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Pocket breads 3 , halved
Directions

Microwave a 10 inch browning dish on HIGH (100%) for 4 1/2 minutes.
Carefully remove dish (the bottom is very hot) to a heatproof surface.
Add butter and swirl until bottom is coated.
Add sausages and stir until browned on all sides; then stir in onion.
Cover with a glass lid.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes.
Stir in apple, sauerkraut, pickle relish, and mustard.
Microwave, covered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, while heating bread.
Wrap bread halves in paper towels.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 15 to 30 seconds or until heated through.
Spoon sausage mixture evenly into bread pockets and serve immediately.
