Pork And Veal With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Veal 1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Pork 1 Pound, well trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Canned tomato wedges 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse sauerkraut under cold water; drain well.
Combine sauerkraut, veal, pork, tomato wedges and caraway seed in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours.
One hour before serving, combine sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
Stir gently into crock pot.
Cover and cook until thickened.
