Pork And Veal With Sauerkraut
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Veal||1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Pork||1 Pound, well trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Canned tomato wedges||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rinse sauerkraut under cold water; drain well.
Combine sauerkraut, veal, pork, tomato wedges and caraway seed in crock pot; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours.
One hour before serving, combine sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
Stir gently into crock pot.
Cover and cook until thickened.
