Pork Chops With Sauerkraut
|Pork chops||4 , 1/2 inch thick|
|Canned chopped sauerkraut||1 Pound (1 Can, Undrained)|
|Apple||1 Medium, chopped|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Trim excess fat around edges of chops.
Slash edges at 1 inch intervals to prevent meat from curling during cooking.
Arrange chops in an 8 inch square glass cake dish.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 10 minutes.
Turn chops over during cooking.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over pork chops.
Cover and microwave on DEFROST for 60 minutes [SIMMER-4, 30 to 45 minutes].
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
