Strawberry Bavarian Pie

This Strawberry Bavarian Pie brings in an interesting twist to the classic fruit-based pies! Tasting great with Strawberry flavored gelatin and fresh strawberries, this fruit pie is given a luscious non-dairy whipped topping! Give this Strawberry Bavarian Pie recipe a try, as it is too easy and simple to whip up!
  Strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package, Jello)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Non dairy whipping topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bird Eyes Cool Whip, Thawed)
  Baked 9 inch pie shell 1 (Cooled)

Dissolvegelatin.sugar, andsalt in boiling water.
Add cold water and frozen strawberries.
Stir gently until fruit thaws and separates.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add whipped topping; blend until smooth.
(Mixture may appearslightly curdled but will smooth out on blending.) Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm about 4 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and mint leaves, if desired.
