Strawberry Bavarian Pie
|Strawberry gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jello)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Strawberries||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Non dairy whipping topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bird Eyes Cool Whip, Thawed)|
|Baked 9 inch pie shell||1 (Cooled)|
Dissolvegelatin.sugar, andsalt in boiling water.
Add cold water and frozen strawberries.
Stir gently until fruit thaws and separates.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add whipped topping; blend until smooth.
(Mixture may appearslightly curdled but will smooth out on blending.) Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm about 4 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and mint leaves, if desired.
