Savory Hamburg Balls

Savory Hamburg Balls is a wonderful dish and one of the only meat preparation that my mother in law likes. I prepare this addictive dish quiet frequently when my in laws come visiting. Try the Savory Hamburg Balls recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
  Canned deviled ham 14 Ounce
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Dry mushroom soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine deviled ham with ground beef, cornflake crumbs, 1/2 cup milk and egg.
Form into small balls and saute in frying pan.
Remove balls from pan; set aside.
Blend dry mushroom soup into frying pan drippings; gradually stir in water and remaining milk.
Cook until sauce thickens and comes to a boil.
Add meatballs.
Cover; simmer for about 15 minutes.
