|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bisquick||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yellow cornmeal||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Franks||2 Pound (Miniature)|
Heat deep fat to 375 F.
Blend egg and milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Dip franks in batter and fry until brown on both sides.
Stick a round (not colored) toothpick in the end of each puppy and arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet.
At this point they may be frozen or refrigerated for a few days in necessary.
Reheat in 400 F oven for 5 minutes.
May be served with a mustard dip.
