3 Pound (Top Sirloin Or Chuck Cubed)
2 Large, sliced
1 Clove (5 gm)
1 Can (10 oz)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dredge meat with flour.
Brown the cubes in two tablespoons vegetable oil.
Cook in Dutch oven or large electric frying pan.
Saute onions and garlic in same pot; stir in rest of seasonings, add beef broth, beer, and cover.
Cook for two hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Can be done ahead.
