German Tea Muffins

German Tea Muffins are super delicious muffins that you simply shouldn’t miss. I served it for an informal tea party at home last weekend and the guests loved it. Try this German Tea Muffins recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flavoring 1 Tablespoon (rum or 12 tsp rum)
Directions

Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, grated orange rind, almonds and raisins.
In another bowl, beat together eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla and rum.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the milk and egg mixture, stirring lightly and quickly.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until tester comes out clean and muffins are lightly brown.
Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes
