Green Bean And Red Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch slices (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Toss string beans with red pepper and onion in a large glass bowl.
2. Combine tomato juice, white wine vinegar, basil, mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
3. Pour tomato dressing over string bean mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
