Frankfurters With Sauerkraut
|Prepared sauerkraut||1 Pound|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boiled potatoes||2 Small, grated|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Rinse the sauerkraut in cold water and squeeze dry.
Place the bacon slices in a baking dish.
Cook for 3 minutes on the highest setting, until crisp.
Crumble the bacon and return it to the baking dish.
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook for 6 minutes.
Rotate the dish a quarter of a turn after 3 minutes.
