Baked German Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 8 Cup (128 tbs), sliced (cooked)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

Fry bacon; drain.
Return 4 tablespoons of fat to skillet.
Add celery, onions, salt and flour.
Cook gently.
Add sugar, vinegar, pepper and water.
Bring to boil.
Place potatoes and bacon in 3 quart baking dish.
Pour hot mixture over potatoes and bacon.
Cover.
Bake at 350 de grees for 30 minutes.
