Sauerkraut And Knockwurst

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Apples 2 , cored, peeled, and cut into 0.5 inch cubes
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Caraway seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Knockwurst 4
Directions

Combine sauerkraut, apples, onion, and seasonings in slow cooker.
Add knockwurst; cook on low 4 to 5 hours.

The proper spelling is "Knackwurst", not "knockwurst".
