Easy Wiener Schnitzel

The Wiener Schnitzel is a tender and tasty veal preparation that your guests will surely get addicted to. Try this wonderful Wiener Schnitzel recipe at home and taste for yourself this exquisitely delicious dish.
Ingredients
  Veal round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Crisco 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Have veal steak cut about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut off all fat and bone.
Beat egg with water.
Dip pieces of meat into egg mixture; bread well in crumbs.
Salt meat.
Bread meat a few hours ahead; place in refrigerator.
Melt Crisco in frying pan; brown a few pieces of meat at a time.
Drain on paper towel.
After meat is browned, arrange in baking pan; bake in 325-degree oven about 30 minutes.
