Mocha Chocolate Bavarian

Mocha chocolate bavarian is a rich and creamy dessert made with coffee powder and chocolate. Processed along with heavy cream, eggs, ice and sugar, the mocha chocolate bavarian is a quick and easy dessert recipe to whip up in no time.
Ingredients
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Instant coffee powder 2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained
Directions

Put cold water, gelatine and instant coffee into Osterizer container, add boiling water, cover and process at STIR until gelatine is dissolved, about one minute.
Push LIQUEFY button, remove cover, add chocolate pieces, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Continue processing until mixture is smooth.
Add egg yolks, cream and crushed ice and continue processing until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour at once into serving dishes.
Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
