Sauerkraut Soup

Sauerkraut Soup is a tasty soup that you can serve for an informal dinner at home. I love to sip this hot soup for dinner on weekdays. Try this excellent Sauerkraut Soup
Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 1 Pound, large can, well drained
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place sauerkraut, onion, sugar, and beef broth in cooker.
Close cover securely and set pressure control in place.
When pressure control jiggles, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Mix cornstarch with water; add to soup, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
