|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese pastry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Beat egg yolk, gradually add sugar, beating until thick and lemon colored.
Add cream cheese, beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and raisins.
Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness, cut into 2-inch squares.
Place about 1 teaspoon filling in center of each square.
Moisten edges of pastry with water.
Fold corners to center, press edges together, sealing well.
Place pastries on lightly greased baking sheets, and bake at 375Â° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pastries are lightly browned.
Combine powdered sugar and milk, mix well.
Spoon over warm pastries.
