Cooked Pork And Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine / bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Sauerkraut 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Drained)
  Cooked pork roast slices 6 , cut 0.25 -inch thick
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place butter or bacon drippings in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until melted.
Stir in sauerkraut and spread evenly.
Arrange pork slices on sauerkraut.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour water over all.
Microwave 8 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
Let stand 3 minutes covered.
