Add cold milk to dessert mix and beat for 1 minute.
Add water and sour cream, beat for 1 minute.
Chill in a 1 1/2 -quart mold several hours.
Unmold on a shallow serving dish and spoon thawed.strawberries over mold.
Or, mold in a 6-cup ring and fill center with 1 pint fresh strawberries sliced.
