blueberry walnut streusel muffins are special blueberry muffins with a delicious walnut streusel topping. Flavored with vanilla and the fresh bluberries, these muffin are a great hit when topped with the cinnamon and walnut topping
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Softened butter 6 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Milliliter
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
Stir just until moistened and blended.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups two-thirds full.
In a bowl combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
Sprinkle topping over batter.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Can you do this upside down in a bundt pan?
