Pork-Sauerkraut Skillet

Ingredients
  Pork blade steaks 4
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Directions

Cook pork in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides; drain.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; reduce heat.
Place onion and sauerkraut over pork.
Mix wine, paprika and garlic; pour over sauerkraut.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 35 minutes.
