Shoulder Chops With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Bacon slices/8 arm pork chops 4
  Arm pork chops/8 arm pork chops 4
  Sauerkraut/32 ounce / 909 ml jar sauerkraut with wine 750 Gram
  Onion 1 Large
  Pepper 5 Milliliter
  Juniper berries 2 Milliliter
  Aniseed 2 Milliliter
  Coarse salt 2 Milliliter
  Water/Beer / white wine 80 Milliliter
  Potatoes 6 Medium
Directions

Place half the sauerkraut in an 8-cup (2 L) ceramic baking dish.
Place on top the bacon and 4 chops or the 8 chops.
Sprinkle the meat with the onion.
Mix together the pepper, juniper berries, aniseed and salt.
Sprinkle half over the meat, then cover it with the remaining sauerkraut.
Place the potatoes on top, half burying them in the sauerkraut.
Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
Add the chosen liquid.
Cover.
Microwave 40 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Let stand 10 minutes in the oven or in a warm place and serve.
