Dutch Baby (German Pancake)

An EASY recipe for a super breakfast treat! I did this on my Big Green Egg, but the traditional way is in the oven.

Ingredients

Eggs 4
Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Butter 4 Tablespoon
For top
Powdered sugar To Taste
Lemon juice To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven or BBQ to 425 degree F.

MAKING

2. In cast iron or oven safe skillet, melt butter on medium heat.

3. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine egg, flour, vanilla, and cream. Whisk well.

4. Once butter is melted, pour batter into the skillet, on top of the butter.

5. Place it in preheated oven. Cover and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

FINALIZING

6. Drizzle fresh lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar.

SERVING

7. Cut and serve immediately.
