  Frankfurters 8
  Canned sauerkraut 28 Ounce
Directions

Place frankfurters in pan of boiling water, cover, remove from heat and allow to stand 7—8 minutes.
Remove from water with tongs or spoon, to prevent pricking skins.
Simmer sauerkraut in its own juice 15—20 minutes; drain before serving.
If less pronounced flavor is desired, juice may be poured off first and sauerkraut barely covered with boiling water, and simmered 20 minutes.
