Whipped Potatoes Paprika
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender; drain.
Add cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and enough milk for desired consistency; beat with elec- tric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Place in serving dish; sprinkle with paprika.
