|Smoked pork chops||4|
|Juniper berries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White wine||750 Milliliter|
Place bacon strips in bottom of 2-quart casserole; arrange half the sauerkraut over bacon.
Cut sausage into 2-inch pieces; place pork chops and sausages over sauerkraut layer.
Place potatoes over pork chops and sausages.
Top with remaining sauerkraut.
Add additional bacon strips; sprinkle with juniper berries.
Cover with wine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
