Sauerkraut And Apple Supreme

Ingredients
  Drained sauerkraut 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Apples 2
  Apple brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sauerkraut, apples, brandy, brown sugar and butter in skillet.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
Spoon sauerkraut mixture into serving dish.
Garnish with additional apple slices and parsley.
Serve with pork.
