German Bavarian Casserole

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 14 Ounce (1 can, with juice)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Uncooked brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Extra lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
Directions

GETTING
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2) Take a 1 quart casserole and pour sauerkraut in it.
3) Add water.
4) Sprinkle with rice and then add beef, onion, pepper and salt.
5) Pour tomato sauce over the mixture and bake for about 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
6) Remove from oven and serve immediately.
