Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Fully cooked bratwurst sausage 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted and divided
  Coarsely chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained and coarsely chopped (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a skillet, add in the butter and add in the cooked bratwurst
2) Fry the sausages till evenly browned
3) Place them onto absorbent kitchen towel to drain
4) Into the remaining butter, saute the onion till soft and then add in the sauerkraut, tomatoes, and the brown sugar
5) Cook the sauerkraut till it is heated through
6) Onto a flat pan, arrange the sausages and then spread the sauerkraut over het and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the dish with a German bread roll for a wholesome meal
